Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your order, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • In their original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order number)

Shipping Costs:

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong item sent, faulty product, etc.), we will take full responsibility and cover all shipping fees.
  • If the return or exchange is due to a change of mind or any reason from the customer’s side, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale, discounted items, or customized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Processing Time:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • Email us at bykamonline@gmail.com or message us on Instagram with your order number and reason for the return.
  • If the return is approved, we will either arrange a courier pickup or guide you through the return shipping process.

Important Notes:

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Please make sure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
